    • Payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
    • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    • We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or available at all times.

  2. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for any data loss, business loss, or personal damages resulting from app usage.
    • Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteVisit and its team from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:
